Major Projects

Relevant Project Experience: +25 Years

Contract Management – Followed procedures implemented for the execution of Owner Contracts and Risk Assessments.

Contract Billings –  Monthly preparation of documents to support all contract billings to be submitted to the Owners.

Project Co-ordination – Responsible for the management of internal systems to coordinate the execution of logging project issues, RFI’s, Subcontractor Change Management, Owner change orders.

Project Accounting: AR/AP – Manages accounts receivables/payables for a $100 million a year branch within a multibillion-dollar construction company for 15 years.

Project Administration for $120 million dollar branch – Duties included the issuance of all subcontracts and managed all supporting contractual documentation. Reviewed compliance reporting from head office.

Office Manager – Assisted in the integration of a new company. Responsible for organizing the IT requirements of each new member. Implemented and executed onboarding procedures for all new employees. Oversees daily office operations. Social committee chair. Organized charity events.

Assistant to the District VP – Responsible for the implementation of company procedures, writing and creating proposals, and assisting in tender closings. Managed teams up to 6 direct reports for various tasks or projects. Mentoring of professional females in the construction workplace, includes Engineers and Technologists as well as support staff.
