What We Do
At ACC, we offer our clients a wealth of experience, extensive resources, and a variety of services as a Construction Manager. Our experience includes, but not limited to; new construction and building renovations, specifically:

Meet The Team
Peter Baker, P.Eng.
Peter brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry which includes Contract Law, Financial Reporting, Business Planning, Risk Management, Operations, and Safety. Prior to Ayrshire, Peter worked as the Alberta VP for a multi-billion-dollar General Contractor. He has successfully managed over $1 Billion worth of construction projects. As an independent contractor for the last 2 years, he has completed over 400 multifamily units with another 248 units under construction. His duties and responsibilities included Operations, Client Liaison, Financial Reporting and Estimating. Peter also managed and supervised the day-to-day operations of all construction projects. Peter holds a B.SC in Engineering with Honors from the University of Manitoba and Professional Engineer Designation since 1995.
Cynthia Baker
Cynthia brings over 25 years of General Construction experience. Prior to Ayrshire, Cynthia worked for one of Canada’s top General Contractors. Her wealth of experience includes but not limited to: Contract Management and Contract Billings, Project Coordination, Project Accounting; A/P A/R and Project Administration. She continued her progression within the same company by taking on a Manager's role which included the positions of Office Manager, Assistant to the District VP and Safety Administration with a focus on facilitation of onboarding. Her passion for construction has continued with furthering her education in Residential Interior Design while still working for the same multibillion dollar General Contractor for her entire career. Cynthia holds a Certification of Office administration from NAIT, and a Certification of Residential Interior Design from University of Alberta
Lawrence Walls
Lawrence brings over 25 years of construction experience to the team. Prior to Ayrshire Construction Corp, Lawrence started his career as a General Foreman and quickly progressed into the position of Superintendent on various projects. His most recent position, Lawrence worked for one of Canada’s top General Contracting Companies. He brings experience and knowledge of how to maintain a safe working site. His qualifications include; strong interpersonal skills resulting in exceptional rapport with Owners and team members with a focus on responsibility and integrity to achieve a successful project. Lawrence brings to the team; the ability to manage site human resources, safety programs and quality control and assurance. Lawrence holds a Journeyman Ticket from NAIT and holds certificates in Leadership for Safety Excellence Legislation Awareness, First Aid, Whimis 2015, and Level 2 Ground Disturbance
